На основании постановления Правительства Российской Федерации №2463 от 31.12.2020 парфюмерно-косметическая продукция надлежащего качества не подлежит возврату.

Если же товар ненадлежащего качества, то его можно вернуть. В таком случае Вам необходимо заполнить и отправить на ws@woundsurgery.ru заявление в свободной форме с номером заказа (к нему приложите фотографии, на которых виден штрих-код продукта и вид брака). Мы свяжемся с Вами в ближайшее время после получения информации.

Возврат денежных средств осуществляется на расчетный счет, который указан в обращении. Не забудьте прикрепить к заявлению копию чека (при наличии) и указать банковские реквизиты. Данные документы также ждем на ws@woundsurgery.ru.

Сроки зачисления денежных средств зависят от условий Вашего банка.
